Help with Video Problems

Make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime or Flash installed.

Download the latest version of Quicktime.
Download the latest Adobe Flash Player.

Which web browser are you using?

We support Safari and Firefox on the Mac, and Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7 and Firefox on the PC. If you’re having trouble viewing the site with Internet Explorer 6, please download Firefox or upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.

What type of connection are you on?

If you are on a dialup or a slower DSL connection, you may experience a delay for videos to start after you hit play, or stopping and starting of the videos while you are watching. Try pausing the video for a few minutes to allow the video to download, then hit play.

On slower, and sometimes even fast connections, video can take a few minutes to load. Try pressing play, and then quickly pausing the video. Wait a few minutes for a ‘buffer’ of video to load, and then try hitting play again.
